How Gekko barefoot shoes were created?

We are three families with six children. Inspired by their needs, we developed Gekko barefoot shoes that combine functionality with support for natural development. In our search for the perfect shoe, we decided to create our own.
 

Gekko stands for flexibility, lightness, and freedom, values we want in every child’s step. Our shoes let little feet move as if barefoot, while still providing the protection and comfort needed for everyday adventures.
