Returns

We recommend that before purchasing you carefully check and make sure which size and model will best fit your child.

Withdrawal from the contract or return of goods is possible in accordance with Article 43.c of the Consumer Protection Act within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, you must notify the seller within this period. The returned product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. In case of a return, please notify us by email at info@gekko.si and attach the completed return or exchange form.

Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.

If you would like to arrange the return via GLS courier delivery, please contact us at info@gekko.si and we will send you instructions.

The purchase amount will be refunded within 8 days after we receive the returned product.

Exchange

An exchange is possible if the customer returns the product to the seller unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
